• Product type and keywords you enter in the generator form
• Product images you optionally upload

Information collected automatically

• IP address (used solely for rate limiting to prevent abuse)
• Standard server logs (request time, response status) — collected by our hosting provider, Vercel
• Basic analytics data if Vercel Analytics is enabled (page views, country of visit — no personal identifiers)

3. How we use your information

• To generate your Etsy listing via our AI provider (Groq)
• To enforce usage limits and prevent API abuse (IP-based rate limiting)
• To improve the reliability and performance of the Service

We do not store, sell, share, or use your product data or images for any purpose other than generating your listing in real time. Images and form inputs are processed transiently and are not persisted after the response is returned.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Listify:

• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure. Vercel may collect server logs and analytics. Vercel Privacy Policy

5. Cookies

Listify does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Vercel may set technical cookies necessary for the operation of the infrastructure. No third-party advertising or marketing cookies are used.

6. Data retention

We do not store any user-submitted content (product types, keywords, images) beyond the duration of a single API request. Server logs are retained by Vercel according to their data retention policy.

7. Your rights (GDPR / EEA residents)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
